A: If you chose to dye your hair extensions, as with your own hair it is best only to dye it a few shades darker or lighter. Completely saturate the hair extensions in the hair dye to ensure an even application and leave for the recommended time. We do not recommend using any bleaching agents on the hair as this may cause damage to the extensions and your own hair.


Q: How Long Will It Take To Refund?

A: Please allow 1-3 working days from receiving your return for us to process a refund. This may take longer during the weekend and holiday. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this which will be sent to the same email address where your order confirmation email was sent.


Q: Do You Return The Delivery Charge if I Return The Wig Back?

A: If it is our fault, we will return the delivery charges. Or, you should pay for it.


Q: Can I Pay Throught My Credit Card? Do You Charge any Transaction Fee?
